Good logo design is a valuable asset for any business. Why?
It's been shown that businesses investing in design are twice as likely to increase turnover* as businesses that don't. Have you ever abandoned a website within two seconds, or discarded a badly designed leaflet?
As consumers we associate confident design with professional companies and services. But it's still more complex than that. Different colours, fonts and alignments trigger different emotions; and good design harnesses those emotions for business purposes. [* Design Council, 2005]

What happens when I order a logo from you?
Given your brand is all about your company it make sense that at Pixels Ink, our approach is to start with a detailed brief, getting to know your offering and audience before we start to imagine the possibilities. Our method varies from client to client depending on the client’s needs and of course different clients require differing amounts of communication. Essentially the format of project construction is as follows:
- We will take your creative brief; get to know your company, so we can design a logo reflecting your company brand values that works for your business. As part of this brief we ask you to tell us about logos that you have seen before and what you like about them and equally important what you don't like. We are used to working with people who have not had a logo done for them before and are happy to help you at each step of the process.
- A number of initial designs will be shown to you to help us fully explore your preferences. Depending on the service you have selected the number of initial designs will vary.
- Based on your feedback on the initial designs we then work further on one so as to give you another set of options which are more refined. At this stage we work closely with you to fine tune the logo. Once again the number of alterations will depend on the service you have selected. Our full service includes a number of initial designs and revisions whereas our lower priced options seek to blend the best of low price and bespoke design but necessarily have some limits on the time that can be spent on alterations and fine tuning.
- Once the logos design is agreed upon we turn to colour. First we look at your colour preferences and advise you on the different colour systems (Pantone, RGB, CMYK and Greyscale) and their benefits / drawbacks. We then try out different combinations working with you until it is just right.
- We then provide you with you logo in the major file formats format (EPS / PDF / JPEG / TIFF). We also provide a design specification sheet which will instruct other design professionals on the correct colour usage and layout of your new logo.
- Finally we transfer ownership of the design (upon final payment).
Who owns it?
As a result of the sale and/or transfer of the artwork, upon full payment, Creospace Limited hereby grants all right, title and interest in and to the work, including copyright in all means of expression, including electronic format, to the purchaser
How much will it cost?
The exact price will vary on your requirements and we will give you a quote once we have received your initial brief and understood your particular needs. We also have a number of different branding packages available
